WinSpice
Description:WinSpice is a port of Spice3F4 to Win32 systems. WinSpice is ported to run in a window as a native 32-bit application. It can generate waveform plots to individual floating windows and contains a powerful scripting language (see the example files included with the executable). This is very much work in progress - I want to add a proper windows help file, schematic entry and an improved windows interface at some point in the future. However, it contains several enhancements over the original Berkeley Spice3F4:- better compatibility with Spice2 and PSpice circuit files, such as handling for POLY statements in non-linear sources support for PSpice-style libraries manual and a simple tutorial, both in Word for Windows 2 format numerous bug fixes three versions of the BSIM3 model, JFET2, BSIM4 device models zoomable plot windows most of the memory leaks have been plugged! the EKV MOSFET model from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) parameterised subcircuits WinSpice iteself does not contains a schematic editor. However, 3rd part schematic editors can be linked to WinSpice. A schematic editor which uses WinSpice for its simulation engine is available at http://www.5spice.com/. WinSpice will only work under Win95, Win98, WinME, WinNT, Win2000 and WinXP. Send me an email if you have any problems or questions (note: edit the email address to remove NOSPAM first).
